I have had this eyeshadow primer for a little while now and I bought it when I saw it all over YouTube and blogs. So of course I had to see what the hype was about. I bought the travel sized version, I love that Urban Decay have travel sized products. They’re perfect for trying out the products without having to pay the full price, as well as for travelling of course!
This little tube is described on UrbanDecay.co.uk as:

I chose the Original primer but there is also an anti-ageing as well a a range of different shades for pale to darker skin tones. The original primer potion applies a nude shade but once blended out it dries to be invisible. For £9 you get 6ml of product compared to the full price which you get 10ml for £17.
As someone with oily, slightly hooded eyelids I sometimes get creasing on my eyes when wearing eyeshadows after a long period of time. And this seemed to be a perfect way of combating it. However when I first bought this I had just started to really get into makeup and was influenced by what I saw others using.
Now however I have learnt how to apply eyeshadow better for my eye shape to help prevent the creasing. Because of this I find I don’t really reach for this very often. I also find that a light layer of concealer can do the same thing.
Overall I do like this product, I find that I don’t reach for it as much as I used to. I only really reach for it if I’m going out for the evening/occasion and do my eyes first so use this as a base. It’s a nice addition to my collection and I recommend it to anyone looking for an eyeshadow primer or finds concealer doesn’t work on their eyes in preventing creasing.
Thank you for reading, I know it isn’t a super positive review but I’m just keeping it real! I did used to use this loads when first starting to play around with makeup more and now only reach for it for occasions/going out as it needs using up. What do you use to prime your eyes with?
Until next time
