Beauty Haul March 2020

I have been trying to use up some of my makeup stash before buying anything new to try. The last time I really bought anything new was during the Black Friday sales, so as a few things all seemed to run out at the same time I decided to treat myself to a few new purchases!

I have been wanting to try more from Plouise for a while as I love the eye bases, so decided to give the brighter shades a go, I decided on picking up the Plouise Base’ic Brights set which has a yellow, blue, orange, red and pink base. Perfect for mixing up and making any other secondary colours. I’m looking forward to trying out the shades and seeing how they do!

I picked up a new bronzer from Becca, their Sunlit bronzer in Capri Coast made its way into my collection. It is a darker shade than I anticipated but a light tap in the pan is all I need for a more natural makeup day. It’s easy to build up and blend out for a more glam look.

I also finally caved and bought the Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder, this has been something I have been wanting to try for the longest time! Having used it a few times so far, I’m not sure where I stand with it having such a hype. But hopefully after a few more uses I’ll be convinced!

I picked up a few things from Fenty, their Flyliner eyeliner pen and Full Volume Lift & Curl mascara I have been wanting to try more from Fenty and as my mascara and eyeliner were both starting to run out, it was a perfect time to try something new! I have only tried the Flyliner eyeliner so far, and after a few uses I am really impressed with it!

Another item that was running low was my pressed setting powder, I used one from Urban Decay but had been discontinued, so decided to pick up their Stay Naked The Fix Powder, I love their Stay Naked foundation so trying the powder that matches made sense!

Finally I treated myself to the Ole Henrikson Banana Bright Eye Creme, I have been eyeing this up for the longest time and when my eye cream started to run low I decided to bite the bullet and get it! I see so many people rave about the Banana Bright range and look forward to trying it out for myself!

And that’s everything I bought! I love trying new products, keep your eyes peeled for more reviews! Thank you so much for reading, if you have any makeup/skincare recommendations let me know in the comments below!
