Becca Sunlit Bronzer | Review

Hello everyone, hope you’re doing well. Bronzers are probably my least favourite makeup item to buy, they just aren’t exciting for me. But nonetheless I like to try out different products. Becca is a brand I have only tried a couple of products from, I love their Shimmering Skin Perfectors so decided to pick up the Sunlit Bronzer.

The Sunlit Bronzers are £27 each and I picked up mine from Boots. I chose the shade Capri Coast which is a warm golden-brown shade for light-medium skin tones, I could’ve gotten away with Bali Sands which is soft golden beige shade suited for fair skin tones. But decided to go for Capri Coast as I prefer a slightly darker bronzer for more glam makeup.

Sunlit Bronzer is described as:

A beach-inspired bronzer that imparts healthy-looking warmth so that skin looks sunkissed—never orange.

With a shade for every skin tone, this neutral bronzer features BECCA’s iconic Shimmering Skin Perfector™ formula that’s custom-made with subtle shimmer, and it blends pigments with liquids to deliver its unparalleled, creamy feel. The powder’s silky texture lets you customize your glow—go from subtly sunkissed to a just-stepped-off-the-beach bronze.

The packaging for the bronzer is the same as the highlights except instead of silver it’s bronze. The product on the inside has a cute wave effect on the top and a mirror, which is super handy for travelling.

Wearing the Sunlit Bronzer

In the pan this bronzer has a slight shimmer to it, however when applied to the skin isn’t visible. Which I prefer in a bronzer as I have combination skin I prefer my bronzers to be more matte. It’s very pigmented and only need to hit the pan lightly. I love that this bronzer isn’t orange whatsoever! I can find it so hard to find shades that aren’t either to ashy or to orange. Capri Coast suits my skin tone with both a natural makeup look and a full face glam look.

It can be easy to go slightly to heavy handed on the bronzer, but it blends out easily. The bronzer lasts me all day and night and doesn’t go patchy. Overall I really like this bronzer, the pan is big enough to last me a while and I love that it doesn’t come off orange or shimmery. If you’re looking for a new bronzer to try I definitely recommend this one!

I’ve seen these bronzers pop up in a few videos I’ve watched recently and I’m so curious about them! Glad you’re liking it and the colour you picked looks perfect 🙂 I currently only own one bronzer from The Body Shop and it’s a great shade but I don’t wear it every day. Once I’ve finished that one I might look into something like the Becca one or perhaps one with a light shimmer x
